Kelly Kimbley, President has been a Director of the Corporation since June 24, 2016, its President since July 21, 2016 and its CEO since May 1, 2018. Previously, Kelly was President of Kasten Energy Inc., a private oil company, which is a significant shareholder of the Corporation and the party from which the Corporation acquired its Cold Lake area interests. Kelly has been a senior officer of numerous public and private oil and gas companies since 1997 during which he has worked with numerous First Nation communities in the development of their oil and gas resources. Prior to 1997, Kelly was a litigation lawyer at one of Canada’s largest law firms and past Secretary of the Aboriginal Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.

Jana Lillies, Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of Stuve Gold Corp., an Alberta based mining company listed on the TSX Venture with projects in Chile and CFO of Lithium Chile Inc., an Alberta based mining company listed on the TSX Venture with projects in Chile and Argentina. Prior thereto, Ms. Lillies was a director of ChaiNode Opportunities Corp. (now Doré Copper Mining Corp.) and Chief Financial Officer of Elkwater Resources, an oil and gas company listed on the TSX Venture, from 2000 until 2014. Over the past 20 years, Ms. Lillies has been a director of several CPCs listed on TSX Venture that completed their Qualifying Transactions. Ms. Lillies completed an Applied Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Accounting) from Mount Royal University and holds a CGA, CPA designation.

Ulrich Wirth, Vice President Exploration has over 20 years of petroleum geology experience, including 10 years in senior management positions as co-founder and Vice President, Exploration of Kasten and Reveal Resources Ltd. Ulrich has also served as a senior geologist for numerous companies, including Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd., Koch Exploration Canada, Baytex Energy Trust and Bonavista Energy Trust.

Omar El-Hajjar, Vice President Operations has over 18 years of petroleum engineering experience, including 10 years in senior management positions as co-founder and Vice President, Operations of Kasten and co-founder and operations manager of Reveal Resources Ltd. Omar has also held operations and exploitation positions at Bellator Exploration Inc. and Harvest Energy Trust.

David Orr, VP Business Development has over 20 years of industry related experience in senior management positions of a number of public and private companies, including Golconda Resources Ltd. and Cordy Oilfield Services Inc.

Michael Hibberd has been a Director of the Corporation since September 26, 2013. Michael is Chairman and President of MJH Services Inc., a corporate finance advisory business established in 1995; Chairman of Greenfields Petroleum Corporation and Canacol Energy Ltd. (both public oil and gas exploration companies); Vice Chairman of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (a public oil and gas company); and a Director of Montana Exploration Corp. and Pan Orient Energy Corp. (both public oil and gas companies).
